 The day after the carnival a lone lemonade stand stood in the middle of a parking lot. The only other remanants of the carnival near by were the port-a-potties. The night before the lemonades stand was bustling with life, the yellow lights around it, sparkled and drew the eye away from the age of the stand. Now, its age and use is showing -- the chipped paint, streaked with the skid marks of careless, impatient people kicking it as they ordered. The empty box of cups is its only companion.

This has a wonderful slightly surreal air to it. I'm not sure if these things are common where you live, but I've never seen one before, and to have a giant (fibreglass?) lemon sitting alone near a street with an old box leaning against it just looks wonderfully out of context.
