 I've passed by this spot for 6 years and I've never seen these planter boxes before. Guess it was the sunrise that got my attention. Opened twice in Raw and blended with layer mask, shadow/highlight, Levels, Brightness/contrast, some dodge and burn, texture layer added, opacity reduced and layer mask to erase texture in sky

The crackle glaze look works well here - a definite van gogh feel

Roger, you've excelled with his one. Love everything about it. Wonderful and delicate overlay. Looks like a painting that has been rolled up for a hundred years. Looking forward to more of these.

Reminds me of an old story. Don't know which, but it took place in the Depression Era. Very nice.
