 Boy, did I get wet with this shoot! :-) I was soaked by the time I was done!

Filled up my white bathroom sink with water and used one hand to drop the two orange half's into the water while I took the picture with my other hand, hand-held camera style. Used the on camera flash with EV flash compensation +1 (I think) and focal length 40 mm.

In PS: Auto Contrast, Hue/Saturation, Brightness/Contrast, and Image Size to meet DP dimensions.

Very good definition in the water, my only complaint is that the upper orange is cut off on the left.

Nice, but would have been better with all the orange in the frame. I do like how it is the often-used "splash" theme but it has a nice take to it - more raw, not "perfect" lighting... it feels more real and fresh to me and I like it.

give it 100 more tries from a different POV with a second light source to avoid shadows and maybe there will be a more pleasing result
