Not keen on the composition, and is not sharp enough. I would also prefer to see more of his face, such as one eye.

Just a little to blurry. I see shakespeare in the background and really there is no park (not taken into account for voting). Around the guys face there is an area of white that makes it seem as if you blurred the background separate from the guy...either way it makes the photo look slightly flawed. I think the composition could have been a little bit better and maybe better lighting.
