 This is an event that I witnessed recently at my first rodeo although it was a pretty watered down version of a real rodeo LOL. In this event there are 4 cowboys, one on a horse and three on the ground, one with a bottle the size of a beer bottle. Their mission is to rope the cow, subdue it, using the rider too if need be he can dismount and let the horse do its job and milk some milk into the bottle and run over to a designated area, timing ends when the milk holder is in the designated area and the cow has been released. This was shot available light.

Ha ha! what a silly event! I've never heard of it before. I guess some will do anything for a kinder gentler rodeo.
Great capture. very clear for available light. I wish my arenas were half that bright.

Lol - it takes three men on the ground and one on a horse to milk a cow? ;-) Just teasing. Nice shot. The rope leads my eyes from the rider to the ones on the ground and to the cow.
