| very creative, i like it a lot. I wish there was a way to compose the image so that you see a linear progression of the stages (bud on left, full flower on right or but way in the back and flower in front). Great idea though, i like it |

| A pretty shot (I'm a sucker for columbines) with pleasing bokeh, but seems a bit of a shoehorn for the challenge. |

| Reminds me of childhood in Oregon and hiking the "big hill" in early spring looking for the "shooting stars" as my mom called them. Makes me smile. Nice photo. I think a bit less shallow DOF that would have the near bud also in focus would have been better. |

| Since all 4 stages are the main subject, having a wider DOF which includes all of them may give more impact |

| good DOF and focus. I think if you had only one background color, it would have made the flower pop out more. |
