Nice even lighting that works well here. I'd like to see a bit more space at the bottom. I'm not sure if the match heads have been burned or if they are simply dark. I think that red match heads would work better here.
In terms of the challenge, I would say that this even only in terms of numbers. The random placement of the match sticks seems to say Odd to me more. Perhaps it you laid them side by side and bottom to bottom it would add to that feeling of "evenness". |

| Ugh, I'm not going to count, just asume they are even... i like the lighting, though the background or whatever the matches are on could have been a more vibrant color. |

| i think your photograph is technically sound, but honestly, I dont think it meets the challenge all that well. The challenge was to show evenness and I personally dont think it comes off in this image that well. I know that they're all the same and they look alike, but maybe aligning them would come off a bit stronger. |
