flash sparks are distracting, and the background just does not work for me.

interesting setup, i like the cues as a frame

i like the concept

yes it is even1 but too many flash highlights.

I feel the lighting is too harsh creating shadows that are too dark. I know worked on straightening the photo. I appears to be tilted though

Lighting is too harsh. Mark on baize is distracting.

A impressive concept, but the lighting is a bit odd. It robs this picture of its value. This shot has great potential, but it lacks the edge to make it great.

I think the cues are what don't work here. The balls by themselves would work without the rods. umm...wait a minute now I sound like Beavis and Butthead.

Nice idea and composition. The lighting seems a little harsh. And the scratch on the right is a distraction. I like what you were trying to do though.

actually your image looks a little tilted, but i'm not detracting that from your score. I like that you are only showing the even #'d balls, but you should've put them in numerical order!!!

I like the concept and it is a nice photo. However, the pool player in me keeps thinking "there are 15 balls and 15 is not a even number". I like the inverted cues -- it really frames it well.

Meets challenge but something isn't quite right, white balance seems a little off
04/24/2008 06:31:00 AM
Not bad, but I think it would be more balanced if you put them every other one, the evens seem stacked to the left.

wow very colorful, neat idea!
