 Yeah, we had SNOW in the middle of April, so I had to include it. :)

This is the first challenge I put any amount of effort into in quite awhile (over 30 minutes dammit), so I am looking for a 6 or better and I won't make any promises, but if I cant get that, villages may burn. ;-) Just kidding, that would violate my parole. ;-)

Whew! I'm glad our villages are safe.

Of COURSE it is a 6+'er. It should have been much higher than 6.1 in my opinion. I love how you can see every little molecule in the snow. Excellent!

Nice work, Art. Nice to see you in a challenge. A perfect shot, and snow is always a tough exposure, at least it is for me. Now put your wedding ring back on.

Yay - good result mate !

the picture is made all the stronger through it's minimilism. Nice tonal range with just a dash of colour.
