Sad as it is...This is a too common sight this week. It amazes me how "unclean" a lot of our environments are. I think the angle on this is good, and it has a statement as well. The glares off the water though are a bit destracting to me. Like you can really do a whole lot to fix it, but maybe a different time of the day would have worked too. All in all this is a nice shot. getting the light meter to expose your shots properly with stuff like this must be tough. nice job.

This photo would of been a lot easier on the eye if you had used a polariser.. Mayeb you camera cant use filters so I will not mark you down for that..
