Dibutil, Thanks for your comments. The motion blur wasn't as obvious as I wanted, and I didn't like the background either, but I liked everything else about the picture, so I submitted. I think I'm going to try some different things with the background and maybe have it printed as a keeper. My performance for Feb and Mar is a bit inconsistent, but I think is starting to stabilize. I have three photos in challenges right now and two are 6.3+ and the other is still above my current average. Thanks again.

Come on, I put this one at the first place in my voting and alas...
My opinion is as such:
1. The background is irrelevant - the expression on the face cost a milion!
2. Motion blur + DOF but I still see the motion!
3. I don't need to see even a bit more in the frame - I am perfectly aware that she is riding a bike, I would even dare to guess the phase of the pedals at this moment as well as the height difference between the seat and handles! (not that I am a pro biker, just some experience)

Scrum, do not get disappointed, you are the best no matter what! (and definitely better than me in the same challenge ;-)))

Wonderful photo, but the motion blur is very subtle and slight. The blurring in the background looks like it is from limited dof.

well taken, clear where it should be, blurry behind, but just not very interesting...

Good photograph, but the background takes away from it. If it had been taken with a scenic background it would do a lot better....

Nice frozen action. Background is distacting though. Unfortunate that there is a car there. Good color

Nice clean, smooth pic. I would like to see more of her and less of the SUV though, heh heh. Good job though.

The subtle motion blur here is good. The photo seems to lack context though. Is she walking, running, riding a bike? The background choice doens't really support the subject well either. = 3

The colors are very crisp.
