 Day out in London, kinda cheesy I suppose. Bit of dodge and burn with the usual levels curves and USM. Came out sort of OK so though I'd pop it in here.

You have your subject quite dark and some rather uninteresting pillar in the highlight. I know you had to prevent the sunny part from overexposing, but maybe choose a different composition and eliminate the sunny part (almost) completely, then expose for your subject.

The detail in the soldier is arresting and he is well placed in the frame. However, the bright light on the column and beyond irritates and distracts my eye.

shadows are kinda heavy, more light would have helped with details adn colors
