Fun, funky community. This street was full of quirky shops and lots of young people on the sidewalks asking for food or money. Gutter punks in various degrees of deterioration.
Also lots of street musicians, jugglers, people with bunny ears on their head, on and on... it was a sight. Definitely different from the wild west atmosphere here in Phoenix.
