 I wanted to created the sensation of a man being possessed or controlled by something, emphasising the contrast between the eyes and the skin tone. Although I didn't use flash, the eyes reflected the light from a lamp, which I thought added mistery to this face. To me, all together creates the sensation that the subject's looking as being in pain, a trance, or possessed.
