| Pelican is nice and sharp, but wish the b/g were a bit more blurred (less DOF) for more emphasis on subject. |

| Lighting is a bit grey. I would like it better if the contrast/curves were punched up slightly. |

| I'd have considered shooting from a lower angle so the background was plain sky or a higher angle so the trees only formed the background. |

| The composition is good, perhaps a tighter crop. But more thatn anything- that background really takes the eye away from the bird seeing as how it's near the same color as the birds neck. Perhaps a tighter crop may help to alleviate that a bit. |

| a wonderful pose on the bird - i just wonder about the cropping - the interest is on the bird and it seems to take up so little of the frame |
