| I had one of these growing in my backyard for over 10 years. It finally died at the end of last summer - I'll miss it. It's called a 'Desert Globe Mallow'. |

| Flowers are great to learn on but when submitting into a challenge a this stage , they really need to be beyond perfect. The lighting is bit bland and the focus is falling off a bit on the top portion. |

| This flower is a good choice of subject for this challenge. It could be sharper, though. The background is a bit too busy. |
