| A square crop might let the viewer focus more on the petals. |

| The petals have an unusual feel to them. I'd like to see this cropped very tight to remove all of the background. |

| Beautiful rose. The lighting, IMO, could have hurt the overall texture of the rose though. Again- 'in my own opinion'. Great focus too. |

| Nice details and use of DOF. Colour is a little flat though. With the shallow DOF, some tweaking of the red could have given this image some pop... a 3 dimensional quality. |
