This is a good hands shot because the hand is doing something that it would normally do. I like this shot very much.

Nice and sharp but a tad boring and flat looking.

the image overall seems a little dark

Nice color composition with the skin tones blending with the tie and shirt. The focus of the head is dead on as well.
