 It's interesting to shoot food just when you want to eat it.

Here it's sitting, hot and yummy on my plate, but I did yank out the camera and shot two photos - the other one was a bust.

Tonight's fare: Chicken butterflied, marinated in five spice sauce all day long.

Then roasted in a 475 degree oven for about 35 minutes.

Steamed broccoli and asparagus. It was good.

This looks delicious. Chicken is so versatile, I am sure it will be prominently featured in my photography this month.
