Wow... first reaction is that the flower doesn't belong in the 'warm colors' challenge, but somehow this manages to have a warm feel to me. Nice gradient of orange in the background. I guess the odd looking edges of the petals come from the fact that this is floating in water?

While this is a very nice picture, I can't score it as high as I might in another challenge, because I consider violet or blue cool colors and they are a predominant color in this.

The clipping looks like it was kind of sloppy. If the white blotches are supposed to be there, then I apologize. But it doesn't look clean.

Great contrasting colors, though I find the blue a bit on the borderline for a warm color.
