I'd like to know how you did this within basic rules. I can see what looks like selection edges, but it's been validated, so you did something else.
Lots of impact in this one, I like it. Biggest flaw I can see is the previously mentioned hard edges around the edges of the petals. |

| nice yellow burst agains a grey background. hopefully you found this naturally and don't get dq'd for selective desaturation |

| A color challenge with a B&W section. Not a bad idea as it makes the yellows pop out but.. not sure it adds or detracts from it overall. |
