 Just the main ingredients of my evening diner. Beef, Chinese cabbage and Chinese egg noodles.

A short recipe: Clean the cabbage, cook the noodles, cut some garlic. First fry some sesame seeds in a wok (1 min), then the beef parts (2 min), then the garlic (1 min) and then the cabbage (2 min). At the end some soy sauce, ketchup and sesame oil. Finally the noodles.

Nice detail throughout the shot. The plastic wrap on the cormer of the meat pan is a bit distracting however.
