| I see this as warm, both in tone and feeling. Neutrals - beiges, browns, tans - are often hard to use to convey "color" since, well, many see them as neutral. Are you shooting in RAW and do you use CS3? The reason I ask is there's a very handy tool in the CS3 RAW processor (and it may well exist in Nikon software - I don't know) that allows you to "recover" the highlights. |

| I think if you would have metered off the dogs rump it would have had a more pleasing tone. There are too many blown out areas. Also, if you could have changed your perspective by walking to your left a bit to get the corner of the pillow removed from the shot would have helped too. |

| just a bit too overexposed in the sunny parts for me. I can see my Nikon flashing at me now for all the highlights and me hitting 'delete'. Otherwise, great composition. In the final words of the great Bob Barker, "Don't forget to have your pet spayed or neutered" |
