 Photo taken in Door County Wisconsin, This road is at the very tip of the Thumb of the State. Less than a 1/2 mile to the left, right or forward and you would drive right in to Lake Michigan. This road curves like this for about 2 miles.



Thank you everyone for the comments and very nice score. Made my top 5 PB.

A top 20 finish... I told my wife I thought this would get a top 20. She laughed and said no way, Especially after we looked at all the other pictures in the challenge, I even started to doubt my prediction.

Note to anyone: We will be driving on this road for the Segway Wisconsin GTG. The Ferry Docks are just around the bend. Not sure if the Segway Ride goes down this road though.

Exactly the shot I was looking for. Very well done, only improvement I could suggest is those white birches would be real stunning if they were a bit brighter, but I suspect you had no impact on the placement of the sun for this shot :-)
