 This is another stairway I found lately in a trumbledown house in Potsdam. Somehow I feel attracted to stairways at the moment... ;-)

Oops,

my lowest ever score. Granted, I was a little surprised on Wednesday morning. "Cool shot ... but not for this challenge"? IMHO there is enough orange for this challenge. The sweater of the main subject ist orange, an I think, that this sweater is the eye-cather in this shot. But O.K., I have to acccept your opinion too ;-). Thanx a lot for your comments, and special thanks to John and Jason for adding this 4.4-shot to your favorites :-)!

Oh my god! I knew this didn't really fit the challenge well but I would never have guessed you would get a 4.4. Going in my favorites. Outstanding work.

Orange? Not a bad picture, but it simply has not met the requirements of the challenge. Is the persons shirt orange? I can't tell on my monitor. I'll give it a 5 because it's a decent composition with overall good lighting and effect. If only those stairs were orange instead of blue!

Nice optical illusion. The light area on the left is distracting. The image may work better if rotated 90 degrees CW.

I like the pov/perspective here very much. Maybe darken the colors with a bit more saturation..it's a good entry. Hope you do well...very cool.

Great entry for stairs, or blue. Not a very good entry for orange, as there is practically none.

Decent composition and perspective in this image. The "fails to meet the challlenge" crowd is probably killing you on thiis image, but it's real downfall is the jaggies caused by oversharpening.
