For me, this would be more appealing if there were equal amounts of each side, or if there was only one color to look at. I catch myself scanning the entire image unable to rest anywhere.

nice pov and the slight tilt and thirds gives it an off-kilter feel, of which I am a huge fan. 7

the line between the two colors gives it the 3-D feel, like it is the corner of a building.

So are the bricks the pattern or the colors? I attempted to find a repetition in the way the bricks were painted and couldn't find it. Did we lose it in the desaturation of the ones on the right?

i like the left side better, i think the right side detracts from the pattern unless you are looking at shapes alone

Not sure if I like the light/dark effect, though it is a good effort to add interest to an ordinary brick wall shot.

I dont really like the color change, maybe if the wall was longer you could just take an interesting shot of the dark red brickwall
