Odd structures sporting speakers emitting music and color on the street. The colors would change every 2 seconds . On March 22 at local time 21:00 I found these... new odd and illuminating different colors Much to my disbelief they actually turned orange. I hope I submitted in time.

I really like the structure and the idea, but there are waaaaay too many distracting elements. The bright lights in the building on the left and on the bottom are bad. The ones behind it you might be able to get away with if you cropped of those. It also seems like the orange/pink structure isn't as in focus as the buildings on either side, I'm not sure if that is because of the lighting or what though. Also, try not to cut off the top of the one on the right. If you made this a horizontal picture it would probably fix most of these problems. Score: 4

Ok.. here i go. I've checked this shot at home on my LCD monitor and i'm now comparing it at work with a regular monitor giving you the benefit of a doubt. Its more pinkish than orange. Aside from that, either the focus is off or there is just a focal point that i can't see (something completely in focus). It looks like you took this shot handheld also which might be the cause of that. I would've cropped the sides more too. Or, IMO, taken the picture in portrait-wise orientation. Hope this comment was useful. Good luck :D
