Remarks: Clinical. Although the structure's inscription is almost worthy of a title, yours is better. The logo next to it, however, should identify both building and location. For prosperity and the unimpaired enjoyment of image and title, I'd consider cloning it out. Otherwise quite fitting.

Maybe a little higher in the frame would have flowed better for me, but that's minor. Nice and clear and bold. Looks like 60's or '70s architecture.

this would be better if the top edge of the building (i.e. the logo) wasnt visible.

That is a pretty nice shot, but if it took up a little more of that empty corner, it would have a more attractive angle.
