So here locally at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia, a Star Wars exhibit has come for 3 months. I finally had the chance to visit this weekend, and this mugshot challenge presented the perfect opportunity to go and see what I could find. The exhibit has original costumes from a lot of the more popular characters... some had fantastic lighting. It was amazing to say the least, and if you get the chance you should come check it out!
This challenge was between the sand people, and a storm trooper, and the sand people won.
As for editing, I ran it through lightroom with adjustments to contrast, some of the color channels, and the brightness. Then it was brought into PS and some light dodge and burn was done. Resized, and little bit of noise added to give a sandy effect. |

Aaah . . one of the Sand People from Star Wars - I think it's a pretty safe bet that they would be arrested for something sooner or later :- )
