As soon as I saw this and then looked at my rabbit this morning, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. We had Peep chicks, but no bunnies, so I combined my daily run with a trip to the store in hopes of securing some bunny Peeps. We have a supermarket and drug store about a half mile from home. The supermarket was out of Peeps, but the drug store came through.
The bunny is never happy when I take her picture, so I'm lucky to get one good shot when I do. This is the best of the batch.
Shot RAW, adjusted shadows, contrast, white balance, converted, cropped, resized, shadow/highlight, levels, USM, bump saturation on the peeps, canvas size, resized, saved for web
The bunny did not eat any Peeps. They would probably make her sick. I ate them.
Post Challenge - ONE POINT! If just one vote had been one point higher I would have had a 6.0. But as it is, my sub-6 streak officially extends to eight challenges and will be nine when the 'Pattern' challenge ends. So sad. |

| Another of my faves - gave this a 9 for originality and humour, as well as great execution. I love the expression on the rabbit...if you can possibly make a fluffy bunny look menacing, you have :) I really want this to ribbon for you. |
