Hi Roz - I gave this an 8 during the challenge. I thought this was sooooo pretty and natural. I loved the clarity of the water and how the drops were floating in the air. Beautiful contrast with the greens too. |

Awesome image from you Roz, and again you were robbed, as this deserved a higher score IMO..... |

Wow, what a super image and thank you not onlt for it but for the description of how the water was suspended (which now I know seems obvious, but didnt before hand)
I love the dof you used which creates a seamless move from pinpoint sharpness to gentle blur
Cool idea fantastically executed |

Wow, Roz! This is so amazing. I wondered how you got those drops suspended like this. This is such a beautiful nature photo. I can see it featured in Outdoor Photographer. I'm disappointed in the narrow minded take on what a pattern is that must have caused people not to give this the score it deserved. I like the score your commenters gave this! Much more fitting!

This is so beautiful, Roz!! Really magical with the suspended drops as sharp as a razor. Excellent work.
I think you were right about being marked down because it's not a repetitive same pattern. Too bad really. I think it's brilliant. |

I like the random pattern in this shot and it really adds movement to this photograph. |

Sort of abstract interpretation of the challenge, but well executed. |

I tried to do this exact same thing with reflections, but was unable. This is a fantastic shot, the pattern is a bit weak and lost in the chaos, but it's very engaging and should do well. |

There is not so much of a pattern here as there is the absence of a pattern (randomness). |
