What a cute little guy. I don't think he looks fierce at all but maybe that's because he's smiling at the lady with the camera. |

This is just stunning Sandy! Where do you take these pictures and how do you get them to pose for you?? It's the water that makes this shot, and I love how it's perfectly reflecting near it and then blurry farther out. |

That eye is amazing (was he/she eyeing you for lunch?), reflections are great, like the patterns and softness of the water in foreground and the background |

How could this be improved? I don't think it could be improved...this is about as perfect as they get. Incredible photo, Sandy.! |

I think Sarah's salmiakki right. Either one of them would have won. I love the b/w version. The water is sooo silky. Gorgeous. |

Sandy I think you would have got the blue whichever shot you entered. I know you like the colour version, but I think honestly I actually prefer the black and white. It's awesome. |

I love the color, but the BW is nothing to sneeze at, either. Very good composition. And what an excellent catch! The details are stunning.

I think the B&W works quite well here - it really makes the details pop on the face and eye, whereas the color almost kinda makes those details blend with his surroundings better. So it's a toss-up depending on what you want to feature. Great shot, and probably would have won the red if you could have entered both shots! |

Sandy - yet another great shot !!
I really like this in B&W, and think it would still have done well in Peek-a-Boo.
Wonderful |

wonderful detail! That 70-200 f4.0 IS seems to work extremely well for you. I really like the reflection here also, which gives it an added degree of interest.

That's a cool shot. Love it. How big is he? He looks so tiny, but you say turtles were climbing on him, so he must be bigger than he looks. |
