| It looks like he's ready to explode holding that smile back! A slight boost in contrast may make him stand out a bit more. |

| Funny expression and cute kid. I agree that it needs a bit of a punch/boost in contrast. Maybe a reflector used to soften the shadows on his darker side as well. |

| Cute child. A reflector may have brought more light to his eyes. Also the skin tone looks a bit flat. |

hahah..love the expression and glasses. Ok..here goes a long critique... hope you don't mind... :-)
When taking shots of anyone..don't have a busy clothing. It's distracting.
The lighting seems really dull. Would love to see the color version to help out more with that. Maybe you just need more contrast. Not sure.
Hands are very important in some shots..I think the hand under the chin to really give it the "hmm" flare would be perfect.
Keep it up! Try new things. I would love to see more.

| i agree with steve, conversion could use a little more punch. a really cool technique i learned is dual hue/sat layers. you prob already know what that is but if not, pm me |

| Really nice shot. I like the humor. Technically I think it could use a slightly wider tonal range...more highlights. |
