This looks a bit dark to me, but I won't ding you for it. I like the scenery, the composition and overall color, and that fire-plug adds to it, 'tho I'm thinking you may have wished it weren't there? I hope not, it's interesting to look at, because of it's sad condition - despite someone's obvious attempt to paint it to look nice. Weathered and overgrown - I dunno, I just like it.

You must be having weather like mine - this seems to be a very dark day. The composition is nice, but just can't overcome the darkness for me.
