This a a well captured shot of annoyance. But the green background tells me this is a posed shot. There is no environment, there are props, but they don't define the subject, they define the shot. Additionally, the rims of the glasses are cutting off the line of the eyes.

Nice concept and very good lighting. Besides, I have the hots for intellectual women. But I get the strong impression that the focus is on the galsses rather than the eyes.

I think maybe she'd look better actually looking into the book instead of at the camera, if you could get the glasses out of the way that is.

Lighting is not very flattering and I would have liked to have seen more of the book to go along with the title. Good choice tilting the glasses downward to avoid reflection though...5
