 Started with scrubbing the door with soap and water. After 90 photos, I liked this one the best.

First crop was a good start, then a duplicate layer in "Linear Dodge" mode. Masked everything off except the Athena's face and faded the result in partially. Cloned off some door stains that drew too much attention. Cropped again for "rule of thirds" placement and concentric sides, then added the border.

I'm sure I made a comment on this when I added it to my favourites but It's not there now, so I guess I must have not checked the post box. I love this shot for the obvious reasons (gorgeous shot of gorgeous dog) but also because it brings back good memories of a time when my husband and I bred Irish setters (way back in the 70s).

Adorable looking brown Labrador !

It would have been worth cloning out whatever was on his tongue though - it's a little distracting, and knowing what labs are like I'm a little concirned what it is :- )

Lots of personality here. I'm thinking that the doggy door is communicated pretty well and you might be able to crop out more of the cream door.

Great shot. One minor issue is the shiny eye. A little to much light, but other than that I think you have yourself a great picture.
