This was taken at a Tri-Athlete meeting of an intermediate class female. May not meet the challenge to the degree required, but I liked the result.

Blurry but not very messy. The colors are oversaturated, and that neither adds interest nor helps the image meet the challenge. It's still a fun shot, trying to find and position your model.
