| I like the sharpness on the end of the stem with the balance of the apple just out of focus. Again, great colors. I don't get the title unless it means to remove the core. |

| Very cool angle and composition. The contrast between shadow and light is harsh but not too much so, as we still see some detail in the curve of the apple where the stem is attached. The stem end itself looks either a tad soft or a tad oversharpened, but makes a nice focal point for the image. |
