This picture was fun to shoot. I was originally going to go stick one of our forks in an abandoned road and do "a fork in the road" but I figured that would be done a bunch and this was more fun because it made me make a little "studio" in my living room. My setup for this was pretty funny looking with a spoon clamped to the back of a chair with a bowl on a side table to catch the falling sugar and a t-shirt in the background for color. Anyways I was really happy with how this turned out and while this wasn't my favorite shot I took, I thought it was the best compromise of the sugar falling and still being able to tell it was definitely a spoon. Hope it does well!

Shot details: Shot in raw, sharpened a little, applied unsharp mask, cropped, resized, border added, saved as jpeg.

I like the motion capture here. Perhaps I'm being picky, but the sugar does seem to be the main subject, not the spoon.
