I like this shot and it's a nice b&w subject. I think it could use a bit of contrast boost but maybe you wanted a more flat look as the title alludes to, none the less this is a nice shot!

its a bit too much gray which makes it a little bit flat. if you had more contrast in it i think it would have turned out better.

Fairly high key tones, pushing the levels at the lower end to increase overall contrast would have made more of an impact. Might have been moving more to the right A) to keep spacing between posts the same going into the distance and position the leading post more a third from the left

Good subject and the you did the right thing making it monochrome, it just needs a little more contrast for my taste.
