My first thought is that I've never seen such photography skills in my entire life. My second thought was that I have never seen a model with modeling skill like that. I'll go with my second thought. I don't know what I was thinking with that first thought.

The photo is slightly below average from a technical standpoint. I would have the model sit on the side and throw the camera into the trap door, so the photographer doesn't participate in any more challenges. 10!

Wow this is borderline upside down. You may have gone a bit extreme with the tilting but her high energy and body movement matches the extreme crazy angle so it works for me.

A different pose from your subject, would give the effect of wallking on a wall, she looks more like she just started falling. Looks good!
