 Long exposures with 1000x nuetral density filter and a circular polarized filter. HDR with photomatix. Basic editing from there....

One of the Led Zeppelin songs I am not that familiar with. After I voted I looked up the lyrics and saw that this song is about the crowd, still - a beautiful image that is a good visual analogy anyway. Not sure why I thought I thought this was multiple exposures, instead of the obvious long exposure. Very nice capture of the ocean, that, again, has a 'mystical' feel, as so many of their songs have.

Magical feel to this image. Very nice. Ahh, I think perhaps multiple exposures have come into play in the water - works very well though. 8.

Interesting photo. I like the sky color and the motion blur in the water. It's a little too busy, there is so much water motion that my eye keeps darting around the photo, jumping between the foreground water and the spray in front of the large rock.

Lovely image. This is one of those scenarios where the use of multiple images (new editing ruleset) would be advantageous. Looks like there's some movement in the upper clouds from a long exposure. A faster shutter speed capture for the upper sky, combined with the lower motion blur, would be interesting to see. Just a thought.

This is a really nice capture- good use of long exposure. I would have liked to see a little bit more in post-processing to make it really pop; nothing too drastic, maybe playing with curves, or even just dodging the clouds up top.

A more dramatic crop also might increase the impact, instead of using 1/2 water, 1/2 sky, using 2/3 sky or water.

Great landscape image and excellent use of long exposure. I don't really care how you tied it into the challenge.The sky looks a bit unusual compared to the rest of the image but still it's fantastic.

One of my three favourites of the challenge. Beautiful capture of the sea which is half way 'silky water' and half way cloud like but totally awesome

The way the clouds almost rfelect the choppiness of the water is outstanding and the rocks are big enough to provide a wonderful feature yet not too overpowering as to diminish the ocean itself
