Great detail on the right, although I find the left a little soft for my taste.

Great detail in the pollen grains. Excellent composition and color saturation.

I love shots like this, where you can really see the grains of pollen. This is the beauty of macro photography: helping us see stuff we don't notice because of their small size. And the colors just pop! Well done!

Great job! It almost looks like the pollen is floating in the air across the flower.

Very nice, the detail is great.

Great shot. I'm not one for a lot of flower pics, but I do like the macro flowers. It's like a another world inside the middle of a flower.

This is sweet! I like the way it looks like the pollen is moving from one stamen to the other.

i like this one, but something is keeping me from loving it. and i want to love it...

i think it's contrast. i think i want more...

yeah. that's it. contrast... i just pulled it into paintshop pro, hit it with a clarify set at 4 and it pops...

The magenta and lavender colors helps to make the pink color to really POP.....
The detail of the centre against the DOF is perfect.
Well sone.....

Wow that is pink. It just pops out at you. Love the detail in the middle of the flower. Can't think of the technical term for that part of the plant at the moment.

Wonderful detail in the pollen, it really pulls you into the flower. I find the pollen 'bits' on the petals a little distracting but when you get that close to things it's really not easy to get rid of such tiny things! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with tomorrow :o)

Agree with the arcing pollen fragments. A large print of this would really betray the glass effect. Otherwise a spot on image and great colors!

Nice soothing colors and shallow DOF. Good Macro!

Neat combination of colors here, and a nice shallow dof. It feels like it's been winter here forever, so a nice splash of color is welcomed today! :)

This is so bright and cheery. I really like the colors and the details you've captured.

It's always nice to see the inside of a flower in so much detail and nice colors. Perhaps the light is a little flat here. Any idea what kind of beautiful flower this is?

Very nice detail and colors. Good DOF. I'm wondering what the arc of granules is, some of the seed, pollen or whatever from the (trying to think back 100 years to school) pistles or stamens on glass? IMHO it would be better without that stuff.
