wow lucky ducky. great score for your first pic, mine did horrible. my last few pics have sucked balls i guess, ive been getting horrible votes, at least im getting helpful comments, those are always nice. anywho, sorry i never commented on the pic myself. you should get i more contests slacker :)

This kind of fits the song, which to me is about people being too rushed in modern life and not taking the time to appreciate the beauty around them. I think your feet evoke that feeling. I just wish this was either more ominous or the scene more beautiful; its a little flat to carry the day for me.

You've got some bad JPG artifacts, and your image is only 71k. Use the whole quota (200k for this challenge, I think) to avoid that sort of thing.

I initially did not care for the shoes but it grew on me. It gives you a presence in the photo and shows that you really are "down by the seaside". I don't like that they are dead center and originally thought it would be better to have the feet off to one side but after playing around a bit I think it would be better to crop the left side of the photo.
