 Veronica Lake is the first person I thought of when I first saw Lola (model). We both decided right away that we wanted to do an Old Hollywood themed shoot circa 1930's - 1940's.
Purchased 3 yards of leopard skin fabric and draped over a piano bench with a rolled up piece of fabric underneath for a pillow.
I have Smith Victor flood lighting, so I took one of the 12" reflectors off and reversed it and put it on the other 12" for a snoot. Then I went to Lowes and bought a 6" piece of venting and put that on the 6" boomed light as a barn door type of effect. Very happy with the cheap solution to a Fresnel.

Did you try a high key glamour effect, just to see. This turned out very good. A bit more contrast might have given it an even more hollywood look. Great capture.
