 This was taken at the Welsh Rally where I went to take some panning shots for the panning challenge. There were several like this which were never going to be panning so I upped the ISO and shutter speed to capture the cars, this was taken late in the day as the light was fading. I am very pleased with the 40d's ability to cope with high ISO noise. I like the capture of the mud and stones being thrown up!

Nice capture, I wonder about a much tighter crop, to both eliminate the bystanders on the right especially, but also to bring the gravel/dirt and motion into the spotlight more.

Good colors here and I like the sense of movement created by the gravel. I think a different crop or angle could make this even stronger.

A tighter crop would have been nice here. I would have eliminated the people at least. Otherwise a nice capture with a good sense of motion and action.
