 Not the best attempt i could have made - too many colours reflected.. cant do too much about the chromatic refraction tho.

I'm hoping this is above a 6... but it might get a bit of "seen it before" boredom voting.

But as i didnt enter last week's and i am in the UK DPC Olympics Team i thought i should at least make an effort :)

Post was bog standard really, took out some minor imperfections and basically boosted the contrast with a bit of dodging in the whites and then a high radius USM... the rest isnt too hard to imagine ;)

The reflections in the glass make it really difficult to see the swirl of the water. I do like the opposite juxtaposition of the black & white.

there is a bit too much refelction going on in the bowl of the glass.
