I had fun with this one. This little blondie was at the park this weekend. I did a duplicate layer in the multiply mode at 100%. There were some people to the right, so I just painted them out with a soft black brush at 100%. Then I did an overlay of the wet icy windy in the linear burn mode at 27% and then used the eraser tool on his face and body.

Cool, tells us just enough but no more. Almost looks like an exploding bubble in front of the young subject.
