Blues are way to flat, dull. Maybe push the contrast or play with levels and curves adjustments in your editing software? Compression has also degraded the image somewhat. When saving your image for dpc challenges, file size can be up to a maximum of 150kb, try to take advantage of that.

I like the minimalistic approach in this. I see some artifacting though, and your file size is very very small (due, in some part, I realize, to the simplicity of the shot). As a result, it loses the effect of being as in focus as the original probably is.

Your subject is boring, you may have been going for abstraction but it doesnt work for me. There is too much negative space and not enough contrast between colors. Maybe a more interesting shape or some kind of line, pattern, or 3D object would have made this work better.

It's colour on colour but I'm not sure what it is .... looks like a blob of paint? The picture is not interesting enough for me, sorry
