Wow, those eyes just come out and grab you. The more you look at the picture the more engaging it gets. I highly recommended to everyone to give this a 5 minute look over. Something captivating about this one. |

I like the framing just fine and didn't have a problem with the ear. Heck, I cut the ears off of my cats all the time with the camera. They seem to survive just fine. Very good "cat" look - at least yours will look at you when you have the camera! |

This is a stunning shot, just beautiful. I could just stare at it...
as your cat hypnotizes me....
I notice that you often combine art with reality in your photos. Here you have done it seamlessly. |

I like the look on the cat's face. Good effort at trying to frame the cat, but the railing going across the face is a distraction. |

Very dramatic entrance, someone is ready for their close up :P. Lovely kitty, pretty eyes. |

I like the framing of the cat using the railing. Would like it better if it didn't cross the ear. |

The white on white and partial frame from the railing are a very nice idea. I wish you had caught the cat a split-second earlier so that one ear wasn't cut off by the railing. As shot, I think this could have a little more impact if you cropped much tighter to just the cat's head (with the ear pointing to the upper left corner) and the inner curve of the curlicue on the right and a bit more on top and bottom, lightened the whole image, and dodged the eyes to bring out the catchlight in the shadowed eye and give a little more depth to the irises. |
